"In moments of distress, uncertainty, or hardship, Muslims turn to Allah (SWT) for solace and strength. The Prophet (PBUH) provided us with spiritual shields that offer protection and relief."

01. Relief from Anxiety and Distress

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْهَمِّ وَالْحُزْنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ

Transliteration: Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-hammi wal-ḥuzni wal-‘ajazi wal-kasali wal-bukhli wal-jubni wa ḍala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal.

Translation: "O Allah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men." — Sahih al-Bukhari

02. Protection from Every Harm

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

Transliteration: Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma’asmihi shay’un fil-ardhi wa la fis-sama’i wa Huwas-Sami’ul-‘Aleem.

Translation: "In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing can cause harm in the earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."

03. Refuge from the Evil of Creation

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

Transliteration: A’udhu bikalimatillahi-t-tammati min sharri ma khalaq.

Translation: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created." — Sahih Muslim

04. Protection from Specific Diseases

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الْأَسْقَامِ

Transliteration: Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal barasi wal jununi wal juzami wa min sayyi’il asqami.

Translation: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and from evil diseases." — Sunan Abu Dawood

05. Relief from Debt and Hardship

اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِي بِحَلاَلِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ وَاغْنِنِي بِفَضْلِكَ عَمَّنْ سِوَاكَ

Transliteration: Allahumma akfini bihalalika ‘an haramika waghni-ni bifadhlika ‘amman siwaak.

Translation: "O Allah, suffice me with what You have allowed instead of what You have forbidden, and make me independent of all others besides You." — Tirmidhi

06. General Well-being

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي

Transliteration: Allahumma inni as’aluka al-‘afiyata fi deeni wa dunyaya wa ahli wa maali.

Translation: "O Allah, I ask You for well-being in my religion, my world, my family, and my wealth." — Ibn Majah
